We are an association of experienced qualified mediators, based in London, who have commitment to the value of mediation in the workplace. We have a long and diverse experience of working in the public and private sector, using mediation as a powerful tool for workplace conflict resolution.

Workplace conflict often leads to stress and inefficiency which compromises service delivery, productivity and morale. Unresolved conflict can lead to bitterness and entrenched positions, often resulting in expensive and lengthy formal procedures.

While formal procedures have their place, many conflicts are best resolved at the personal level with the help of a skilled, experienced and independent mediator.

PMA offers a workplace mediation service to organisations, large and small, from two people to large groups. We work with conflict in the workplace between management and staff, equal grade colleagues and inter-departmental disputes. We can also offer advice and training to staff and management on conflict resolution. We believe our service offers exceptional value for money.
